Policies

Prices are subject to change without notice.  When there are more than two people in a room, there is a $20 charge for each additional person over the age of five.

There is a 7% bed tax added to the room price.  January 1st, 2021 the tax will increase to 7.5%.

Reservations must be secured with a non-refunded payment of the first nights lodging.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Cancellation policy:  First nights deposit in non-refundable. If less than 14 days notice is given, prior to your arrival date, or you decide to leave early, there is a fee equal to the entire scheduled stay.

Check in time is 4:00 PM.

Check out time is 11:00 AM.

The front desk is open from 7:00 AM to 10 PM.  Please check in upon arrival.  If you arrive after hours, please check the front desk for your personal welcome card.  You’ll find directions to your room and other important information on this card.  Your key will be located in the lock of the door and the continental breakfast will be in your room.

Please remove shoes, boots or other outside footwear before walking on the carpet.

No smoking allowed anywhere on the property.

No pets allowed.

A minimum fine of $250, up to $2,500 will be charged for any and all damages a guest has done to the room. This includes damages due to the doors being left open and pipes freezing, smoking, vaping, disarming of bear spray or broken windows and furniture.
