Denali Park Update

On Wednesday, July 10, the National Park Service and Denali National Park Tours Doyon/Aramark Joint Venture will welcome visitors back to the park. Normal operations will resume, with the exception of Riley Creek Campground and Day Use Area, and the Horseshoe Lake Trail, which will remain closed due to ongoing firefighting and support activities in the area.

Most businesses and tours located outside of Denali National Park are already open and operational with regular business hours. To explore visitor options in areas surrounding the Park, visit Discover Denali – Visitor Information.

The Alaska Railroad will have slightly modified passenger service with passenger pick up and drop off at the Healy Train Depot until the Denali National Park Train Depot reopens.
